 The Athletic Fitness Games is a TEAM based immersive competition, where guys and girls across all levels of fitness can lift, run, flip, press and jump to try and outdo the competition. You DO NOT need any special skills or movements to enter

What is it exactly?

Think about the exercises you might do at the gym or a bootcamp - add the competition, turn up the heat, grab your team mates and get ready to have some fun working out with your squad.

movements

There will be no complex Olympic weightlifting or gymnastic movements. You can expect:
- Assault bikes/Ski Ergs/Rowers
- Running
- Box jumps
- Burpees/air squats/sit ups/push ups
- Tyre Flips & Sand bag carries
- Prowler push/pull
- Farmers walks & Atlas Balls and so on....
 

 

venue: Stoke on Trent RFC

The competition is to be held outdoors at Stoke RFC, enjoy the hospitality of the club as the clubhouse and bar will be open all day and the BBQ will be firing.


Spectators are more than welcome and entry for them is FREE.
